DMCA Policy

Effective Date: May 19, 2026

Welcome to Classroom4x (https://classroom4x.com). We respect the intellectual property rights of copyright owners, creators, publishers, and content providers across the world. Protecting copyrighted material is extremely important to us, and we are fully committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Classroom4x expects all users, visitors, contributors, and third-party content providers to respect the copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary rights of others while using our platform and services. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of copyrighted materials without proper authorization is strictly prohibited.

This DMCA Policy explains how copyright owners can report allegedly infringing content appearing on Classroom4x and how we respond to such claims in accordance with applicable copyright laws.

1. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you are a copyright owner, authorized representative, or an individual acting on behalf of a copyright owner and you believe that any content, material, media, text, images, videos, files, or other intellectual property available on Classroom4x infringes upon your copyrighted work, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown notice to us.

To ensure that your complaint is valid and can be processed quickly, your DMCA notice should include all of the following required information:

  • Your full legal name and valid contact information, including your email address and any additional contact details necessary for communication.

  • A detailed description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed. Please provide sufficient information so we can accurately identify the original copyrighted material.

  • The exact URL(s), webpage link(s), or specific location(s) on Classroom4x where the allegedly infringing content is located.

  • A clear statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.

  • A statement confirming that all information provided in your notice is accurate and complete.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  • Your physical signature or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

Incomplete, false, misleading, or fraudulent claims may delay processing or may not be accepted. We reserve the right to request additional supporting documents or proof of ownership before taking action on any complaint.

Please send all DMCA notices and copyright-related complaints to:

2. Review Process and Content Removal

Upon receiving a properly submitted and legally valid DMCA complaint, Classroom4x will promptly review the notice and investigate the reported content. If we determine that the complaint is legitimate and complies with the DMCA requirements, we may remove, restrict access to, or disable the allegedly infringing material from our platform.

Depending on the circumstances, we may also temporarily suspend access to the reported content while the matter is being reviewed. We reserve the right to act at our sole discretion when evaluating copyright complaints and determining the appropriate course of action.

In addition, Classroom4x may notify the user, uploader, publisher, or content provider responsible for the material that a copyright complaint has been filed regarding their content.

We also reserve the right to preserve records of all copyright complaints, communications, and actions taken for legal, administrative, and compliance purposes.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed, disabled, or identified as infringing due to an error, misidentification, or misunderstanding, you may submit a DMCA counter-notification requesting restoration of the material.

Your counter-notification should contain the following information:

  • Your full name, contact information, and valid email address.

  • Identification of the content that was removed or disabled, including the previous location or URL where the content appeared before removal.

  • A statement under good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake, error, or misidentification.

  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and agreeing to accept service of legal process from the complaining party if necessary.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Once a valid counter-notification is received, Classroom4x may review the request and, where appropriate and legally permissible, restore the removed content unless the original complainant files legal action within the required timeframe.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Classroom4x maintains a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringement. Users, contributors, publishers, or account holders who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights or repeatedly upload infringing content may face account suspension, content removal, restricted access, or permanent termination from our services.

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes repeat infringement at our sole discretion and may take action without prior notice when necessary to protect intellectual property rights and maintain platform integrity.

5. Misrepresentation and False Claims

Submitting false, misleading, malicious, or fraudulent DMCA notices or counter-notifications is strictly prohibited. Any person who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing or was removed by mistake may be subject to legal liability, including damages, legal costs, and attorney fees under applicable copyright laws.

Classroom4x reserves the right to reject suspicious claims and may take additional action against individuals or entities that abuse the DMCA reporting process.

6. Third-Party Content Disclaimer

Classroom4x may allow users, contributors, educators, or third parties to upload, share, publish, or distribute content through our platform. We do not actively monitor every piece of content uploaded by users and cannot guarantee that all materials are free from copyright concerns.

However, we are committed to addressing legitimate copyright complaints promptly and responsibly once proper notification has been received.
